The aviation industry is ever-expanding and so are we. Pilots come and go in this industry all the time, moving on to bigger and better planes. We are constantly looking for pilots and instructors to join our team!
We choose our pilots and instructors first and foremost from our students because we believe in the quality of our training and we are able to know you through the times we spend together, giving us a clearer idea of how you would fit into our team.
During training, there might be work available as ground crew depending on company needs. If you are an international student, your ability to work during training will depend on the concessions on your study permit.
To have an opportunity working for us, you should score at least 75% for your exams, have a recommendation from your instructor, and of course, your personality and work attitude count.
If you are not one of our students, give us a shout using the form on the Contact Us page and subjected to school needs, and your skills and personality, we may contact you for a job offer.
If you are an international student and it is your intention to live and work in Canada after your training, make sure you apply for a student permit. Your permit will allow you to work on-campus, and off-campus, depending on what the Immigration Department deems necessary. Once you complete your training. we will help you with a letter and record of your training in order to apply for your Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).
In order to be eligible under this programme, your training must be longer than 8 months. Your PGWP will be equal to the length of your studies up to a maximum of 3 years. Note that the length of your studies counts for the total amount of time you spend to get your final professional certificate, including the breaks and holidays in between. Speak to us to find out more.
After working for six months, you will be eligible to apply for permanent residency in Manitoba under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Programme (MPNP). If for any reason, you are not able to apply for permanent residency, we do sometimes sponsor employees who have stayed and shown us that they are contributing to the company, for more information, speak to us to find out more.
